Wednesday 11-1-07

Since I decided to let my left heel rest for a few days, I did not run today. I instead went to the Y and did an elliptical machine workout for 45 minutes. At the speed I was going it worked out to 4.3 miles traveled.

Watch that heel, you may be showing the first signs of plantar fasciitis.

Google it, see if your symptoms match. One thing you might try is the 3/4 length Sorbothane rigid arch insole. That clears it up for most people in a couple of weeks
