After the 1-1/2 hours of cross training yesterday evening I wondered how I would do on my quality run this morning. I was tired. I did make 8.3 miles in 1:20 which is much slower than I wanted to run but two factors played in today; tired legs and very humid weather. The high humidity zapped my strength. At least this run is over now, thank goodness.
